Returns Policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date for all women’s clothing and shoes.

2. Eligibility Conditions
Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by original receipt/invoice

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel
  • Swimwear
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized/customized products

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  2. Obtain Return Authorization Number
  3. Complete return form
  4. Ship items to our Hong Kong address

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.

7. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your financial institution.

8. Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges within 30 days, subject to availability.

9. Defective Products
For defective items:

  • Report within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos as evidence
  • We cover return shipping costs

10. Quality Inspection
All returns undergo quality checks. Refunds may be denied if items show signs of wear or damage.

11. International Returns

  • Mark as “Returned Goods”

12. Sale Items
Sale items can only be returned for store credit unless defective.

13. Store Credit
Optional store credit available with 10% bonus value on the returned amount.

14. Return Address
All returns must be sent to our Hong Kong warehouse address provided in return authorization.

15. Lost Returns
We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Use trackable shipping and retain proof of postage.
